The City Manager, Vince Ruano, is the chief administrative officer of the City. The City Manager works directly for the five elected City Council Members and is responsible for implementing the policies developed by the City Council. Individuals who directly report to the City Manager are: Director of Utilities, Director of Public Works, Director of Information Systems and Customer Affairs, Director of Zoning and Code Enforcement, and the City of Bushnell Chief of Police. The primary areas of focus are the efficient delivery of day to day public services, and planning for the City's future.

City Administration provides support to the City Council and the citizens of the City of Bushnell. This department also provides direct support to the various departments and divisions of the City such as Police, Public Works, and Utilities, as well as its employees.
