Highway Beatification:
The City of Bushnell is currently in the process of a large landscaping project that will impact over 1.5 miles of roadway. The project, consisting of the placement of over 500 trees and 6,000 shrubs Beautifies Main Street, Noble Ave, Lawrence Ave and our downtown area. The project, currently under construction, should be completed by March 2005.

Fiber Optics:
The City of Bushnell has constructed a four-mile fiber optic ring currently intended for the inter-connection of various municipal buildings and facilities. The final touches and implementation of this system will be completed by early Spring 2005. This wide area network will be capable of providing high-speed transmission of video, audio and data between the various municipal facilities.

West Side Sewer Expansion:
Currently under design, this project will extend our sewer lines to almost 120 residential customers and various commercial customers throughout the municipal limits of the city of Bushnell. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2006.
